Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Prepare HR documents . Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases (attendance, leaves, personal information). Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and overtime data. Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records. Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
