- To support requirements of production line - To solve electrical problem if it is happened - Make new design or installation of electrical automation when it is needed - To collect electrical data used in factory. (Power consumption, data of electrical system used in factory) - To make drawing of layout, jigs, parts, etc... - Make design of production layout, shooters, trolleys, etc... - Check and analyse speciafication of tools and equipments used in Assy, PMC and others. - Make yearly planning, monthly planning.

Support compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues. Log, prioritize, and track support requests using the organization’s ticketing system. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level IT support teams as needed. Assist in setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up to meet internal service level standards. Support end-users with commonly used applications like Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
