Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues. Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manners. Install,configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up and decommissioning workstations. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including ticket resolution ,system configurations,and user guides. Monitor and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory and tracking of equipment. Perform regular system updates,patches, and backups. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improvements. Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and use of IT resources. Assist with network administration tasks, including managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Participate in IT projects as needes.
