What we do

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS Synergia provides high quality consulting services to donor agencies, non-government organizations, non-profit entities and private sector firms on the design, implementation and evaluation of development projects, market and value chain studies, as well as providing support in resource mobilization (including funding and technical expertise).

TRAINING Synergia designs and conducts training programmes that aim to unlock and further enhance the professional acumen of Southeast Asian company employees, at all levels of the organizational hierarchy, in both the public and private sector.

TRADE Synergia supports the establishment of successful partnerships and business linkages between European and Southeast Asian companies and organizations, with a focus on the promotion of trade relations, notably through technology transfer and capacity building activities.

Synergia provides expertise for the design and implementation of development projects through our network of international associates and consultants, as well as excellent local partners that can provide a more nuanced and sophisticated understanding of the local context.
