- Develop and maintain annual budgets, monitor performance, and offer guidance. - Prepare accurate reports, analyze data, ensure compliance. - Manage cash flow, develop forecasts, optimize practices. - Oversee accounts payable/receivable, review transactions, maintain internal controls. - Coordinate audits, respond to inquiries, stay updated on regulations. - Collaborate on long-term strategies, conduct analysis, identify opportunities. - Review and Prepare the monthly reports for Cash Flow, P & L and Budget - To prepare the Finance & Account department’s policy and procedure
