Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and grid codes. Implement and enforce Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures. Conduct electrical safety audits and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local energy regulations and environmental standards. Lead and supervise electrical engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Conduct performance evaluations and skill development planning. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly generation and performance reports. Maintain technical documentation, single-line diagrams (SLD), and O&M manuals.
