What we do

Founded in 2016 in Yangon, Thalun International School (Thalun) is a private college preparatory school for PKG to G12 students. The language of instruction is English, and the school follows a US standards based curriculum guided by American Education Reaches Out (AERO). The academic program is complemented by visual and performing arts, ICT, athletics and variety of co-curricular activities.

In grades 10 to 12 students may elect to take Advanced Placement (AP) classes to support them in applying to colleges and universities around the world. The school currently serves students from 21 different nationalities. We are a small but growing school that sets and supports high academic expectations in a warm, supportive learning community.
