Adequate knowledge in arranging schedules, appointments, and urgent meetings Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met. To service meetings of the Senior Management Team by drafting and collating papers and reports, preparing manageable agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions points. Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed. Must be highly organized to manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate meetings, arrange travel plans, and handle various tasks efficiently. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, employees, and other team members. Should be able to conduct research on various topics, potential business opportunities, and other relevant information to support the CEO's decision-making process.
