Job Summary A leadership role overseeing finance operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to support strong business performance in a dynamic food and beverage production environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting • Oversee and review the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, inventory, etc.) • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of: o Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements o Management reports and dashboards • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP) Budgeting & Forecasting • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis • Support strategic decision-making with financial insights Internal Controls & Compliance • Establish and maintain strong internal control systems • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audits • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators Cash Flow & Treasury Management • Oversee cash flow planning and working capital management • Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements Team Leadership • Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of ~30 staff • Set KPIs and monitor team performance • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in finance processes Business Partnering & System Improvement • Collaborate with operations, sales teams • Provide financial analysis on pricing, margins, and cost control (critical in FMCG) • Optimize ERP and financial systems • Implement automation and best practices in financial processes
