Responsible for manage the entire accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Review and check fixed assets and inventory control. Review AR/ AP weekly report including vendor payments, invoicing and follow-up. Prepare timely financial analysis and financial statements including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. Handle all accounting transactions are compliance with accounting standards. Overview Profit & Loss of each project. Handle monthly & yearly tax declaration relate matters. Implement and develop financial procedures including working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls.
Able to work independently and handle full set of accounts • Ensure timely month-end closing and submission of monthly reports such as inventory report and fixed assets depreciation. • Liaise closely with production team for necessary documents and waste management. • Data entry for inventory in/out list . • Prepare weekly report for inventory list . • Quarterly ground stock check in store. • Able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management team.
Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information. Responsible for finding potential customers to achieve sale target and maintaining good relationship. Prepare and report the competitor’s and market information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing to sales and marketing manager. Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals. Advertise recommend products to customers based on customer’s needs and interest. Setting goals and developing marketing strategies. Must be able to achieve sales target set by higher management. Negotiate and handle complaints or objectives. Collaborate with team to achieve better result.
Identify and target potential customers to expand the customer base within the specified market. Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales target. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and customers preferences related to Clothing & Textiles products. Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players and strong in analyzing the consumer behaviors. Coaching and managing sale and marketing teams to meet sale and marketing human resource objectives. Promoting the company’s brands and introducing new products to the market, responsible to increase brand awareness and market share. Must be achieve sale target by monthly.
