What we do

Time Square Trading Co., Ltd. is a Luxury retail establishment that will sell fashionable
clothing to Men and Women. We will locate Stores in downtown in Yangon, which is a
heart of City in Myanmar. While our initial goal is to open the Luxury Stores in Myanmar
include potentially our retail store and a well recognized world brand name. In turn, we
would hope to penetrate a sizable portion of the retail market.

We have successfully brought and opened the Armani Exchange Store at Myanmar Plaza
Shopping Centre in July 2016 at Yangon. And we introduced and opened the Luxury
Brand, Emporio Armani Store at Sule Square which is located the centre of Yangon in
December 14th , 2017. Then, we extended next second Armani Exchange store in
October, 2017 at Junction City which is near the Bogyoke Aung San Market which is very
crowed downtown area in Yangon.

We brought the world brands which is Armani Exchange and Emporio Armani to our
Myanmar People whom love the luxury brands. The fashion and retail industry tends to
be overly youth focused. However, by closely following luxury fashion trends as
well as our customers’ purchasing preferences.

Key Accountabilities As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, staff, product and customer service. You will drive the team to achieve sales objectives that the Armani Exchange brand experience and luxury customer service are delivered to the client at all times. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees by coashing, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing repport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements Manage the Daily Sales and Inventory Performance and prepare for the monthly reports.5. Ensures the replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and meashures. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirement of company. Trains to employees the professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Emphasize to increase sales force and well plan for vital merchandise. Well receive and transfer inventory correctly. Ensures all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced. Cooperation with other departments. Data Entry Management Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities from different department. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data. Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output. Secures information by completing data base backups. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Overall Management Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the financial books and records of Company’s clients on a IFRS and market value accounting basis. Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual reporting pursuant to the above standards. Implement, maintain and monitor accounting policies and procedures consistent with IFRS Coordinate income and other cash distributions to separate accounts. Treasury maintenance for investment of excess cash, new bank accounts and other cashflow issues Manage the reporting process so that financial information provided to management are both timely and accurate. This includes the preparation of a full set of financial statements and footnotes for each client on a quarterly basis and coordination of that information into the Quarterly Report, working with Portfolio Management and Investor Relations. Implement, maintain and monitor effective internal controls over Company’s financial operations. Coordinate and supervise an annual custodial audit in accordance with financial Reporting regulation Supervise Accounting staff to ensure: effective and timely production of all requisite reports, statements, memorandum and any and all other documentation on behalf of Company and its clients on or before the deadlines set therefore; the financial integrity of Company’s books and records relating to the firm’s activity on behalf of its clients; timely and accurate processing of cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable; and proper handling of all tax matters and timely filing of all tax return related to Company and its clients. Maintain accurate and complete files and comply with the organizational framework of Company. Communicate all issues surrounding your activities to the Financial Controller and Deputy Financial Controller Oversee and manage all aspects of the internal audit function of Company.

Setup and monitor the Marketing Plan and Budget Plan. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the brand in line with brand objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
