As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, staff, product and customer service. Detail Duties and Responsibilities Complete Store operational requirement requirement by Scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees by coashing, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitorin g and appraising job results. Identifies current and future customer requirement s by establishing repport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Manage the Daily Sales and Inventory Performance and prepare for the monthly reports. Ensures the replenishment systems are followed and the store standard expectations are consistently met. Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and meashures. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain s the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirement of company. Trains to employees the profes sional and technical knowledge by attending workshop s, reviewin g profe ssional publications , establi shing personal networks, participatin g in profe ssional societies. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. Emphasize to increase sales force and well plan for vital merchandise. Well receive and transfer inventory correctly. Ensures all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced. Cooperation with other departments. Analyses the daily, monthly and yearly report for Sales, Category Performance and Staff Performance. Maintains the operational proper system running. Replenish with brand manager. Maintains the inventory at display and store daily. Liaise with auditing matter. Handling with customer complains. Briefing and Discuss the daily sales target and assigned the duty to all staff daily. Resolves all HR issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the HR Department when necessary. Works in conjunction with the Head of Operation in managing all areas of the daily operations ofthe store. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
P.E.'s instructions and assignment of responsibilities must be strictly followed. Supervisors under him/her must provide close supervision and guidance to ensure that their assigned duties are carried out in a timely manner. The S.E. on behalf of the P.E. must supervise and resolve the work to be carried out by the contractors to ensure that it is exactly as specified in the form. Responsible for Site Quality Management and Safety issues. You must carefully study the approved designs (architectural designs, structures) and accurately calculate estimates & budgets. The approved designs (architectural designs, structures) must be carefully studied and any discrepancies must be reported to the PE for discussion. Must conduct daily field inspections to ensure that work is carried out correctly according to the established procedures. Must complete the instructions given to him/her by his/her superiors in a timely manner. Quality Management Checklists are used systematically. Inform PE in advance to ensure timely delivery of materials and to avoid material shortages. Check and calculate the daily work completed and report to the PE. Check the Detail Measurements calculated and submitted by the engineer/worker under his/her supervision and make necessary corrections. The worksite must be checked and calculated in a timely manner to ensure that the block completion and the block payment are consistent. Work site will be closely monitored during QC inspection. If necessary, timely corrections must be made. Survey-related activities must be carried out accurately and responsibly to ensure that there are no errors. The Contractor's laborers must be aware of the potential hazards that may arise while working at the work site and must be warned about the safety of the workers. If the PE transfers the Duty handover, the PE will supervise and inspect the Site. Must be present in the Work place area at all times during the designated working hours.
