Conduct regular market visit to build dealers relationship Can manage sales channels to enusure sales target achievement Drive sales to expand channels and grow business by exacuting value- driven sales activities Work closely with product marketing team and business partners to manage channel marketing activities Familer with channels concepts and procedure like channel PSI Keep tract of sell- through to ensure forecast accuracy to meet sales target Arrange routing plan, sales trip and inspire team to achieve sales target with good results Enjoy working with data like reporting , forecasting etc.
Expend channels through all possible geographical regions in Myanmar. Proactively recruits new qualifying business partners. Maintains and establishes professional relationship with partners. Must be handle and understand PSI Management Meets assigned expectations for profitability in preparing package sales. Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. Prompt report to management if any fraud case happened in market. To achieve sales and profit goals by selling products and services through resellers/Channels Plan and implement for channels sales and able to guide team to meet the standard Strong personality to deal with dealers form different regions.
