Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects on time and within budget Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments with architects, engineers, and contractors Support procurement, inventory tracking, and material delivery coordination Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules Assist in budget control, cost monitoring, and risk management Participate in project meetings and follow up on assigned action items. Develop and maintain advanced Excel models (financial models, forecasts, variance analysis, automation using formulas, Power Query and Pivot Tables). Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for finance and accounting stakeholders. Analyze financial data including GL, AR, AP, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis . Automate recurring finance reports to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand reporting requirements. Support month-end and year-end reporting with analytical insights. Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports as required. Document data models, report logic and reporting processes.
