The Legal Advisor of the General Affairs Department holds a pivotal role in ensuring the strategic and efficient operations of the department. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including legal compliance, contract management, administrative processes, interactions with government entities and contributing to the overall success of the company's operations. 1. Legal Compliance: Thoroughly review all legal agreements and contracts to ensure alignment with government laws, regulations, Company policies, and Delegations of Authority (DOA). Collaborate with the Legal Department of the Headquarters or external law firms for necessary legal consultations. Serve as a bridge between various departments and external parties to ensure legal requirements are met. Provide counsel to management on diverse legal matters and potential risks, while staying updated on legislative changes affecting the company. 2. Contract Management: Oversee the entire spectrum of contract management, including extensions and renewal, amendments, and terminations ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Initiate, review, refine, interpret, and provide guidance on contracts and legal documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the purchasing department, user departments, and vendors to facilitate the operations and align with company policies and objectives. 3. Legal activities Handle legal activities related to debt recovery, contract disputes, and other debtor-related matters. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve legal issues related to debtors while protecting the organization's interests. Supervise legal cases involving internal and external stakeholders, facilitating coordination with third-party legal firms and government entities when necessary. 4. General Affairs and Vendor Relations: Manage company registrations, certificates, permits, and licenses, ensuring they are up to date. Maintain an organized archive of all office-related legal and permit documents. Contribute to various general affairs duties, supporting the efficient operation of the organization. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers while ensuring legal compliance in vendor agreements. Monitor the retrieval of assets, including high-value company fixed assets, from both internal and external sources. 5. Contract Payment Management: Take ownership of all aspects related to contract-associated payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Machine Set up, Maintenance and Troubleshoot Install and set up auto tinting machines according to product specifications. Calibrate machinery to ensure precise tinting results and monitor product quality. Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain machine accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during operation to minimize downtime. Perform routine preventive maintenance on auto-tinting machines. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Customer Service: Give best technical support to Customers. Train Product Consultants and customers how to use the Auto-tinting machine upon necessary. Teamwork: Involve as a team player of proficient and motivated personnel. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding machine status progress. Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Maintenance and Facilities Management: Ensure the reliability and integrity of plant operations by effectively administering maintenance systems for utility, paint dispersion machines, and filling equipment etc. ISO and Environmental Compliance: Assist in the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 systems, and 5S practices to advance environmental sustainability. Maintain plant buildings and property to high standards, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage relevant contracts and respond to factory inspections and audits. Coordinate and plan capital projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Establish a comprehensive maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records of factory equipment. Prepare and submit Initial Environmental Examination report to MJTD on time. Ensure safe disposal of liquid waste of Wastewater Treatment Tank in compliance with MJTD standard. Workplace Safety and Compliance: Conduct workplace inspections and take necessary actions to ensure full compliance. Investigate workplace concerns and complaints from workers and employers, assisting in appropriate actions. Investigate accidents or injuries occurring in the workplace. Assist in establishing workplace safety and health committees to reduce accident risks. Conduct health and safety training sessions for management, supervisors, and workers Team Development: Lead and nurture a team of proficient and motivated personnel. Set departmental performance standards, provide regular feedback, and design staff training programs to enhance competency. Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with personnel to execute inspection, testing, and maintenance programs for fire protection equipment, including fire alarms systems, evacuation lighting signs, emergency lights, fire exit doors, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, and fire pumps. Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure an adequate supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always available. Actively participate in safety-related meetings and inspections, such as safety committee meetings, plant inspections, walkabouts, and 5S initiatives. Generate comprehensive reports based on findings. Identify and report unsafe conditions and accidents to related supervisors, while also proposing effective preventive and corrective measures. Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections in designated areas to ensure compliance with established standards. Maintain accurate records and statistics related to accident reports.
