All TOA Coating (Myanmar) Co.,Ltd Jobs
Develop and implement detailed production plans, including daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Establish clear production objectives and effectively communicate them to all team members. Guide, coach, and supervise employees while closely monitoring their productivity and work performance. Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities, arranging manpower, and preparing duty rosters and shift schedules. Ensure employees follow standard operating procedures and that all production processes run efficiently, effectively, and safely. Coordinate and collaborate closely with other departments to support continuous and timely production activities. Conduct employee performance appraisals twice per year and provide feedback for improvement. Plan and implement training and development programs for staff, including product knowledge, production processes, 5S, OEE, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives. Participate in setting departmental KPIs and ensure targets are achieved. Support the preparation of the yearly departmental budget and monitor cost control. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly production reports to the Operations Manager.
