- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. - Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget and plan, including all Media Buying (Ads) activities. - Oversee all company social media accounts ( Facebook, Website, YouTube, and TikTok). - Manage and execute both Online Ads and Physical Educational Events. - Provide creative design ideas and direction to the Graphic Designer. - Manage and motivate the Content Writer and design team to achieve department goals. - Plan and arrange promotional outdoor events and all broader marketing campaigns. - Conduct continuous Competitor & Market Analysis and offer strategic suggestions for business improvement. - Forecast and track sales performance trends for the private college educational programs - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners. - Monitor online channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze campaign performance. - Coordinate and manage B2B collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships to generate brand awareness and leads.
