Collaborate with the Creative Executive and Media & Marketing Manager to develop engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. Uphold the brand’s visual and messaging identity, ensuring all content aligns with established brand guidelines and standards. Produce creative and compelling storytelling content that highlights craftsmanship, heritage, and exclusivity of fine gems and jewelry. Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to support day-to-day content needs for marketing initiatives. Manage and maintain an organized digital library of content assets, including raw footage, edited projects, design files, and media resources. Monitor content performance and support market research by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform future strategies. Prepare and present regular content performance reports and insights to the Media & Marketing Manager. Support continuity of work by ensuring proper handover of duties during leave, training, or travel, in line with company procedures. Comply with company rules, departmental SOPs, KPIs, and employee handbook policies to ensure professionalism and consistency in all work. Contribute to fostering a workplace culture that values creativity, collaboration, and safety.

Support in jewellery care, including polishing, packaging, and handling with precision. Ensure the showroom is immaculate, reflecting the elegance and exclusivity of the brand. Continuously learn about gemstones (e.g., ruby, sapphire, diamond) and fine jewellery craftsmanship. Keep records of customer interests and track product trends to support the sales team. Prepare catalogues, product information, price lists, and luxury packaging in advance. Support after-sales processes, including order preparation, packaging, delivery coordination, and client follow-ups. Assist in preparing for instore events, trunk shows, and jewellery exhibitions. Learn best practices for client engagement in high-end retail environments. Assist with daily and weekly sales activity reports. Support inventory tracking and ensure accurate documentation under supervision.
