• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for telecom tower sites ( Active Only ). • Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance activities according to the maintenance plan and timeline. • Respond promptly to site faults after receiving calls from the Network Operations Center (NOC) and assigned Work Orders (WO). • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to minimize network downtime. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, tower companies, the NOC, and customers. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures • Be able to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance requests. • Must be comfortable working at heights
