Manage the daily updating of sales invoices, contracts, delivery orders, and consignments in the database or filing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Generate daily due invoices for collection and verify these invoices each evening to assess actual cash collected and identify any outstanding amounts. Allocate incoming payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely posting. Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively engage with customers to resolve payment issues. Maintain an updated aging report and coordinate with the collections, sales and services team to minimize overdue balances. Generate monthly and yearly financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports, cash collections, and bad debt analysis. Analyze trends and identify potential credit risks, recommending actions to improve collection processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to accounts receivable.
Plan, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the assigned area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review. Maintain records of all company vehicles (registration, insurance, maintenance, fuel usage). Monitor daily vehicle usage, mileage, and driver assignments. Schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles. Keep track of vehicle conditions to ensure safety and reliability. Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance. Assign and supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company driving policies.
