Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the GT channel. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase product penetration. Expand distribution coverage by onboarding new outlets and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in all assigned outlets. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates.
Develop and implement area-wise sales plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead and manage a team of sales supervisor and sales representative as regional. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene protocols within the office premises. Managed Daily and Weekly Vehicle Movement Planning Manage the Fuel Consumption and Maintenance Recording process & Fuel Logbook Checking the staff Overtime (weekly & monthly) for Drivers Support to Sales Team for Promotion Process (Marketing Materials) Check the quantity of order to be sent to the destination and calculate the gate charges. Check and write the number of total costs on the envelope. The envelope should include the representative's name, phone number, address, city name, and the name, phone number, and address of the bus station. Verify and receive gate vouchers, additional charges, and outstanding balances. Generate fun, creative, and engaging TikTok content ideas aligned with brand strategy. Shoot short-form videos using mobile or camera (with or without talents). Edit videos quickly and effectively using mobile apps or software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc). Add trendy captions, effects, transitions, sound effects, and music as per platform trends. Research TikTok trends weekly and apply them to branded content. Collaborate with marketing team to align messaging and campaign goals. If capable: Assist with design tasks (thumbnails, social posts, simple graphics). Organize and archive raw and edited footage systematically.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle day-to-day office, assist in preparing presentations and reports for management meetings.
