Must be able to build good customer relations. He must be able to manage the entire area he is responsible for. Must be able to design and manage Way Plan and Sales Plan well. Must be able to achieve sales targets. Must be found new market and developed. Must be able to do Weekly Report, Monthly Report. Must be able to visit and serve in the district.
- Must be able to lead their sales team to develop. - Must be able to develop their own stores. - Must be able to develop their own sales territories. - Must be able to strive to meet the specified Sales Target. - Must be able to build good customer relations with store owners. - Must be able to contact the specified stores by phone every day. -New Products, Promotions, and Price Changes must be made available to customers in a timely manner. - Try to understand the difficulties of customers and submit reports in a timely manner.
Must have good customer relations and be able to handle complaints effectively. Must be able to manage Sales Floor Management efficiently. Must be able to achieve the set sales targets. Must be able to supervise and manage the performance and activities of subordinate staff. Must be able to prepare Monthly Sales Reports and Sales Market Analysis. Must have good leadership skills and communication skills.
