P&L Analysis Shall provide profit and loss forecast and latest estimate planning process with a focus on profit improvement. Lead support for annual budget and planning process Prepare monthly management reporting of financial performance; lead identification of key risks in business areas for improvement Support the development of management information improvement initiatives including controls and KPI performance measurement framework Support the Finance Manager in review of commercial contract analysis, pricing and performance Analyze P&L variances (Sales Volume, Operation expenses, Adverting and Promotion Expenses) Be business partner with sales and marketing team for providing financial insight and transparency that support the decision making, especially in NPD, Price changing, Trading Term and promotion efficiency Provide Guidance on Commercial Policy on advertising and promotion Ensure Sales and Marketing team comply with Advertising and Promotion accrual processes and raise accrual and monitor it as monthly basis Costing Analysis Support cost analysis and drive budgetary compliance; assist to identify issues early to allow mitigation if required Analyze price, usage, substitution, labor and production overhead variances. Update impact of forecasted material price and changing requirement to company performance Assist accounting team in depreciation forecast Coordinate with costing team to validate completeness and accuracy of SAP data (standard price, material data elements etc.) Prepare monthly report (Plant gross profit summary, Production variances etc.) Be business partner with procurement and production team for providing financial insight and transparency that support the decision making Working Capital Support the working capital analysis including ROE efficiency, personnel and equipment optimization targets Manage the submission and financial evaluation of CAPEX submissions from across the business including annual planning process
- Strategically plan business improvement of Distributor by conducting environmental scanning and analysis, outlet visit and trade monitoring. - In the assigned distributors' area of coverage and assist in the business development of distributors through maintenance of existing and developmental accounts - Review and analyse efficient and effective coverage of Distributor Sales Personnel - To coaching distributor's sales route for the merchandising of our products. - Plan and monitor Distributor-initiated programs/promo and ensure proper documentation and evaluation - Monitoring of company's KPI of sales teams -Directly responsible to Sales-To-Trade (STT), the Distributor.
A. Product Development & Innovation Develop new and improve existing products and processes aligned with product concepts, sensory profiles, nutritional targets, cost objectives, and timelines. Translate market and consumer insights into commercially viable formulations. Conduct laboratory experiments and pilot/plant trials to refine formulations and processes. Ensure product scalability from laboratory to full production. B. Project Management & Execution Support the R&D Team Lead in planning and executing R&D initiatives and projects. Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Apply structured project management principles to track progress, risks, and deliverables. C. Raw Materials & Supplier Qualification Evaluate, qualify, and approve raw materials, ingredients, flavors, and packaging materials prior to use. Identify and assess alternative suppliers to ensure continuity, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. Conduct revalidation activities through testing and product application trials. D. Process Development & Commercialization Establish and document process parameters, including critical control points for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), products, and manufacturing processes. Lead plant trials and initial production runs, providing hands-on technical support. Assess readiness and capability of production lines for commercial manufacturing. Assist in line commissioning and equipment validation. E. Quality, Food Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable food laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP). Continuously monitor updates in regulatory requirements and incorporate them into product development. Support and strengthen quality assurance programs related to food processing and storage conditions. Respond to and support all Quality & Food Safety Management Systems and audits. F. Documentation & Standardization Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including: SOPs (product and process) Work instructions for production Troubleshooting guides SAP-related master data and documentation Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards. G. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement Provide technical support to manufacturing and regional affiliates for product and process issues. Co-lead with QA and Production in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and cost optimization. H. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment from concept to commercialization. Provide technical input during product concept development and commercialization planning. I. Training & Capability Building Conduct technical training for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams on new products and processes. Mentor and guide junior R&D Scientists to ensure technical competency and development. J. Leadership & Supervision Supervise and guide R&D Scientists to ensure proper execution of development activities. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. K. Other Responsibilities Perform duties as required under the Quality Management System (QMS). Undertake additional assignments as directed by management.
