Applicants with experience in Sales Distribution are preferred. Priority will be given to those who have sales experience in Electronic or Solar Distribution. Applicants with experience in other types of distribution sales are also welcome to apply. Candidates must understand sales processes and be capable of supervising Sales Representatives. The position is based in North Dagon Township, and the candidate must be able to travel as required by the job. Preference will be given to those with work experience in Lower Myanmar. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support Monitoring and mentoring all employees in their day to day activities Handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to solve issues which may arise on ground from time to time. Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules Supervise sales representatives and assistants Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Maintain the Sales channel development. Manage distributor from retail, whole sales, etc. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify monthly and annual sales targets. Execute monthly sales plan and carry out on time according to the plan. Update the daily information related sales activity and report to Sales Manager. Prepare monthly status reports, promotion activity, market survey.
