Job Description Design and implement effective sales strategies with driving the whole sales team Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets Grow distribution in the designated sales area Build up new market by seeking potential dealers with better strategic sales plan together leading Managers Ensure timely and proper execution of sales related activities within the designated area Establish productive and professional relationships with Dealers, Key Dealers & key personnel Full understanding of distributor business, organizational set-up, knows about financial numbers, budgeting and profitability Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts The retail channel , Wholesales , Modern Trade’s daily sales reports should be viewed and the sales situation reviewed daily Lead, support and changing the team to match the target and revenue achievement. ·An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics ·Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies Review and advise new product idea Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with the company business units & cross departments
Applicants with experience in Sales Distribution are preferred. Priority will be given to those who have sales experience in Electronic or Solar Distribution. If the applicant’s work experience meets the requirements, they will be offered a salary higher than the market rate. Applicants with experience in other types of distribution sales are also welcome to apply. Candidates must understand sales processes and be capable of supervising Sales Representatives. The position is based in North Dagon Township, and the candidate must be able to travel as required by the job. Preference will be given to those with work experience in Lower Myanmar.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily operations of the electronics repair section Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic devices (e.g., TVs, home appliances, EV components, circuit boards, etc.) Assign repair tasks to technicians and monitor progress Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Maintain proper documentation of repairs, parts usage, and service records Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians Handle complex or critical repair cases Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement team Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures Communicate with customers or service team regarding repair status and technical issues Prepare daily/weekly reports on repair performance and issues
Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, cash book, journals Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables. Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts. Assist with financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. Support external and internal audits. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting matters. Support finance manager or senior accountant as required.
Sell in a way that meets the daily and weekly sales and distribution targets set by the supervisor. Follow the routes/way plans set by the supervisor to go into the market and carry out sales. If necessary, undertake overnight sales trips. Identify new shops in both existing and new territories, carry out sales, and ensure that the set sales and distribution targets are met. Submit the received orders to the Sales Admin within the specified time, using the designated format through the assigned software/tablet or the Sales Order Viber Group. Authorities / Responsibilitie Can propose and discuss route and way plans with the relevant supervisors. You are free to distribute and deliver the specified product prices and promotion prices to customers who are selling them.
