Job Purpose
To lead and manage internal audit activities to ensure effective control systems, compliance with company policies, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and risk management across all departments including Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Service Center, Branches, and Distribution Operations. အရောင်းဌာန၏ အရောင်း orderများ sales return နှင့် exchangeကိစ္စများ အစရှိသသည့် operatipn များအား ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။ စာရွက်စာတမ်း ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း Odoo Softwareတွင် စာရင်းသွင်းခြင်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Back Supporting Deptများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း၊
Ensure end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases. Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, etc.). Support performance appraisal processes. Follow up on probation review, confirmation, and performance improvement plans. Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, leave reports, etc.).
