Consulting Service is responsible for providing implementation of Business Solution. With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners. Learns to effectively contract with customer, design a process workshop based on customer requirements and objectives, and disseminate information to affected parties. Manage, plan and develop customized applications. Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. Organize, plan project tasks and schedules and manage resources. Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants. Monitor the project timeline and predict the possible issue/risks. Reflect the project timeline according to the project status. Manage the client’s expectation and cater the problems, which may encounter during the various project phases. Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support our support team in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and exceptional service delivery to the valued customers of our ERP system. The Support Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing a team of support consultants, managing the resolutions of technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing processes to enhance the overall support experience. Manage escalated ERP-related issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. Analyse and troubleshoot complex system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Interact with software providers and vendors to coordinate technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage software updates. Provide an advanced level of troubleshooting support in response to complex problems, questions, and inquiries that have been escalated by junior staff. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, applying in-depth knowledge of the ERP system's functionalities. Develop and maintain efficient support processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support services. Ability to deliver basic SAP training to client end-users and prepare end-user training material. Ability to work closely with peers and users to deliver optimum service. Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including during evenings and weekends. Capability to make data-driven decisions and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Work closely with the direct report to generate and present regular reports on the team's performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
