Job Title: Admin and Marketing Assistant Department: Admin Reports to: Head of Admin and Executive Support Job Purpose: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin & Marketing Assistant to support both our Admin and Marketing teams, with a primary focus on administrative responsibilities. This role supports office logistics, asset management, travel coordination, and general office maintenance, while also providing reliable assistance to senior management and other departments when needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining team calendars, especially for meeting room and car bookings across departments. Manage petty cash and prepare monthly expense reports with accuracy Coordinate office vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses. Assist with contracts, stamp duties, and lease reviews. Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and supplier coordination. Monitor incoming/outgoing courier services and ensure proper document handling and filing. Organize and coordinate internal office events and staff gatherings Independently prepare monthly admin reports, including vehicle usage, courier charges, and fuel expenses. Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement when needed Marketing Support Provide general support to the Marketing Officer, including assisting with photography and conducting basic quality checks for clothing.
