The successful candidate will advise international and local clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Experience is required in general corporate commercial legal work, real estate , litigation and or banking and finance industries. Good English is required and three years experince working in a law firm. Previous experience working with any ministries is veiwed favorably. Responsibilities include : Provide legal support on transactions Actively participate in establishing and maintaining client relationships Review and draft transaction documents and corporate documentation Attend meetings with clients Take part in, and actively participate in internal know-how development, research and preparation of model forms and templates.
