Discuss with Merchandising team for designing the route plan on a monthly basis, monitor the daily route and discuss with team based on the visitation reports by analyzing the visitation data. Visit outlets TOP regardless of merchandise coverage - for example, the TOP 50 outlets in each channel (except wholesale) for rum and TOP 50 for whisky - this is to check out visibility in TOP outlets. Visit MONT or TONT outlets weekly, check the brand health, discuss with outlet owners and provide necessary POSMs if necessary. Plan, prepare the list of POSM SKU & Quantity to the team and allocate POSM for each individual route. Responsible to set the weekly/ monthly meeting with the merchandising or Channel Development team and listen to the feedback/ challenges of the team and market. Analyze the merchandising data and prepare the report to Sr. Trade Marketing Manager to understand the competitor information, marketing pricing and POSM items usages on a monthly basis. Analyze and evaluate for monthly trade discount for respective regions and montior the sales and brand health. Ensure to field auditing or check the way of merchandisers, channel development team to monitor the team performance (once a week). Ensure to visit in the market as per the instruction of the Management and prepare the market visit report including the feedbacks, issues and any other observations and discuss with the Management. Execute the POSM Allocation / Visibility standardization at all channels. Monitor the product display, visibility and pricing in right placement. (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise) Monitor the POSM development across the assigned regions (Brand wise/SKU wise/ Channel wise, Area wise) and take the corrective actions immediately if have any issues. Ensure for effective visibility on the ground including display. Make sure the whole team is following the JD’s and performing their tasks on a daily basis. Coordinate with Channel Development team, visit and check the outlets once a week. Train and coach team members from merchandising & channel development team if necessary regarding assigned tasks. Responsible for selecting and recruiting the right persons for merchandising & channel development team. Prepare and submit the Trade & Consumer Promotion Approval Memo to Senior Trade Marketing Manager as per project. Check and evaluate Promotion plan/ Activation for each channels (MONT, MOFT, TONT & TOFT) as per respective regions. Then share the key findings, reports to Sr. TMKT Mgr. and take the corrective action plans for each project. Responsible for communicating and managing with the outsourced agencies for promotion activities. Prepare and submit the Approval Memo to Senior Trade Marketing Manager as per project. Participate in events, promotion, or marketing activities if required. Other ad-hoc assignment as required.

Monitor new hire feedback and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness to support employee engagement and retention. Prepare and share monthly onboarding reports and onboarding satisfaction results with management. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with department heads and BU leaders to assess manpower gaps and future hiring needs. Serve as a strategic advisor on recruitment matters to business leaders and HR business partners Budget Management Oversee and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners. Manage and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring through efficient use of tools, technology, and partnerships. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source of hire) to track performance and identify improvement areas. Generate Weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports for Top management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal recruitment policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring documentation, and audit readiness for all staffing activities.
