Job Description Ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the Factory HR department Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Maintain up-to-date recruitment process report, talent database and all related staffing communication. Creating and revising job descriptions of each position Conducting annual salary surveys and report to Management Team Analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget Implementing Performance Appraisal Process by quartly Oversee trimester review performance process, score compilation and analysis. Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communications. Support personal and career development of team members. Planning training plans and inductions for all of Factory staff. Participate and lead safety committee Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training needs in conjunction with departmental managers on an annual basis. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures Detect and handle complaints, disputes, and grievances of all staffs, implementing disciplinary procedures Overseeing exit interviews and creating action plan Planning and Participating in staff meetings, operation meeting and management meeting Maintaining company directory and organizational charts Other duties assigned by Management Team
JOB DESCRIPTION - Process timely and accurate monthly revenue accounting, detailed revenue analysis & recording for month end closing. - Record daily outstanding receivable collection, including the recording of bank deposits, updating cash receipt, and posting to the accounts receivable sub-ledger both excel and software. - Day to day accounting tasks such as receipts. - Month end issuing SOA, intercom confirmation. - Prepare account Receivable Report Monthly. - Prepare monthly sale budget and actual comparison. - Monthly check trade promotion such as trade discount,additional discount,UTC redemption, Coupons,etc., - Follow up and report promotion coupons like scratch card & envelope status. - Prepare accounting Journal entries related to AR monthly. - Perform account reconciliation for Revenue. - Perform any ad-hoc assignments by finance Director.

Concept development and implementation for the entire communication material respective product Brands. Develop illustration, logos and other designs using software. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Develop innovative & creative ideas for all the Brand related items. (Packaging, POSM, etc.) Camping Creation for Events, Ceremony, Party and some job fair project. Define and assess color, layout, composition, and themes with brand concept Involve in setting creative direction of brands & briefing to agency Accomplish the assigned tasks in time. Participate in events, promotion, or marketing activities if required.
