1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Leadership Develop and implement annual sales plans and strategies. Set sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance. Lead, coach, and develop Solar Sales Engineers and Sales Executives. Conduct weekly sales review meetings and pipeline reviews. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Business Development Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Build relationships with developers, factories, industrial zones, consultants, and EPC partners. Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach. Participate in industry networking events and exhibitions. Key Account Management Manage high-value and strategic customers. Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Support the team in closing complex solar projects. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Sales Pipeline Management Monitor sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signing. Review proposal status and quotation follow-up activities. Improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles. Ensure all opportunities are updated in CRM systems. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with Design, QS, Procurement, and Project Management teams. Ensure accurate project information before contract signing. Support project execution teams when customer-related issues arise. Forecasting and Reporting Prepare monthly sales forecasts and business outlook reports. Present sales performance and pipeline status to management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Team Development Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews. Identify training needs and competency gaps. Develop succession plans for sales team members
