Progressive Claims Preparation: Prepare and submit progressive claims to finance departments. Liaising with Subcontractors and Suppliers: Maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, ensuring that all parties adhere to the contract terms and conditions. Manage variations and change orders, ensuring they are properly documented and justified. Resolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
