Maintain the proper records of financial transactions. Prepare/ verify the payment vouchers and official receipts. Assist in expense tracking and preparing monthly reports. Perform all banking transactions as required. Administration (Admin) Functions: Handle day-to-day office administrative functions. Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and security matters. Handle office appliance bills such as phone bill, Internet bill, Meter bill, etc., and daily office operation payments. Manage the stock of office supplies, stationery, office equipment, and pantry items. Maintain the record of asset management, staff attendance, and systematic filing of documents. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

The role ensures that all products meet national regulatory requirements and that purchasing activities are executed efficiently, ethically, and in line with Viya Health Myanmar’s standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Regulatory Affairs: Prepare, compile, and submit product registration dossiers to the relevant authorities (FDA). Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of product registrations, trademarks, barcodes and licenses. Liaise with regulatory agencies, government departments, testing laboratories, and certification bodies for product compliance. Maintain accurate documentation and support internal teams during audits or inspections. Review marketing materials, packaging, labelling and product documentation to ensure compliance. Keep up-to-date knowledge of changes in local regulations, industry standards and international best practices. Prepare reports on regulatory compliance status, updates, potential risks and pending approvals. Procurement Management: Source, evaluate and select suppliers for products and services in align with company procurement policies. Source quotations, negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality compliance and timely delivery. Prepare purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation in line with company procurement policies. Maintain strong vendor relationships and keep accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports. Support internal teams by providing timely procurement insights for business planning. Coordination and Reporting: Work closely with the finance team to align procurement with budgetary, approval and payment schedules. Collaborate with the store to ensure proper receipt, storage and inventory management of products. Maintain up-to-date trackers and reports for both procurement and regulatory activities.

This role will cover end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and assist in the Country Head’s daily operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Country Head by supporting daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks. Manage full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, contracting and onboarding. Drive performance management and provide skill development opportunities as necessary. Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and internal HR communications. Manage the payroll process including compensation calculation, handling deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax laws, SSB, and regulations. Systematically maintain and update employee data and personnel files. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support positive employee relations. Prepare HR status reports and updates for the Country Head.
