Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Support •Assist in managing and developing individual and group tour customer base. •Consult and recommend suitable domestic and international tour programs based on customer needs. •Support to prepare quotations, tour contracts, and take care of clients before – during – after the tour. •Support promotional campaigns and travel sales activities. 2. Tour Operations •Coordinate with partners and service providers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, guide...) to organize tours. •Make operation plans, prepare necessary documents and arrange tour guides. •Monitor and handle arising issues during tour execution. •Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements. 3. Admin & Reporting •Assist in reporting tour revenue, cost, and efficiency analysis. •Track customer & supplier payments related to tours. •Maintain updated records of tour data, pricing, and client information in system.
