Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AV/IT solutions. Organize product demonstrations and technical presentations Work with the sales team to prepare proposals, BOMs, and diagrams. Join customer meetings to provide technical support and assurance. Install, set up, and configure AV/IT systems. Provide on-site and remote technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including warranty and RMA cases. Prepare and maintain installation and service reports. Attend vendor training and pursue technical certifications. Carry out other tasks as assigned by management. Submit weekly and technical reports to the Technical Manager.
