Job Summary: The Personal Assistant (PA) provides dedicated support to the Executive in both business/professional and personal/private matters. - The PA represents the individual Executive—not any affiliated companies. This role requires discretion, reliability, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. Prior experience is not essential; training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate integrity, willingness to learn, and accountability. The position involves flexible working hours due to the nature of the aviation industry. Responsiveness is expected, although communication will be kept efficient and respectful. Occasional travel may be required and leave schedules must remain adaptable. 1. Business & Professional Support (Primary Focus) General · Provide administrative support across multiple business roles and entities · Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking systems · Ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail and timeliness Company 1 - Support (Coordination Role) · Coordinate communications, including calls and document handling · Manage document tracking and record-keeping · Support agency-related processes and applications · Schedule meetings and prepare notes · Provide Burmese–English translation support Company 2 - Private Business Support · Assist with data entry, research, and basic analysis (confidential) · Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses · Maintain confidential documents, records, and contracts · Support ad hoc business tasks as assigned · Work hours may vary, including public holidays (with time-off in lieu) 2.
