Nowadays twelve galleries have been opening at Bogyoke Aung San Market, Junction City Shopping Mall, Time City Shopping Mall, Lanmadaw Plaza, Gamone Pwint (San Yeik Nyein) in Yangon, and also, we have the galleries in Mandalay, Pathein, Taunggyi, Myeik, Mawlamyine and Sittwe.

Responsible to create communication designs for company’s marketing requirements Responsible to create innovative advertising design according to the brand guideline Support in creative team works such as photo/video production and other marketing department’s activities
Develop, purpose and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and media buying campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Managed act as an owner of digital marketing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Monitor the effectiveness of all digital marketing projects and reports accordingly. Compliance audit and Implementation as approve audit plan with negotiate Company’s short term, long term according to MD’s instruction. Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives Filling Up detail working paper Reviewing auditee procedure with SOP Obtains and reviews evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented Ensures adherence at all times to all applicable department and professional standards Performs other related duties as assigned by Audit Manager
Duties and Responsibilities In collaboration with the Sales Manager, plan annual sales targets, quarterly sales targets, and monthly sales targets. Analyze daily sales records, review sales situations, and conduct with Sales Manager, how to meet sales targets. Keeping track of sales targets and reporting any deviations as needed. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets. Participate in the planning of events, product exhibitions, and promotions. Assist to planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and customer engagement activities, including the creation of point-of-sale materials and promotions. Meeting with customers to discuss their changing needs and evaluate the quality of our company's relationship with them. To increase sales force, it is necessary to investigate and visit any new potential customers. To guide sales team members in meeting monthly sales targets. Arrange training for the development of required salesperson skills by consulting with the L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department. To organize stock by categorizing slow and no-sales products. Manage the expenses of the sales teams in order to stay within the company's cost budget.
