Since 8th February 2008, we established our first showroom named More & More Gold and Jewelry at Bogyoke Aung San Market. Nowadays twelve galleries have been opening at Bogyoke Aung San Market, Junction City Shopping Mall, Time City Shopping Mall, Lanmadaw Plaza, Gamone Pwint (San Yeik Nyein) in Yangon, and also, we have the galleries in Mandalay, Pathein, Taunggyi, Myeik, Mawlamyine and Sittwe.

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, operational procedures, and compliance with internal and external standards. Plan, schedule, and execute audits across all departments, ensuring full coverage of key risk areas. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, recommending enhancements where necessary. Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to inform audit planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with department heads to ensure the timely implementation of audit recommendations. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors. Conduct follow-up audits to confirm timely execution of corrective actions. Provide compliance and risk management guidance to various departments. Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, sharing knowledge and best practices. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Identify and expand new retail shops, outlets, and distribution channels within the market. Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management. Effectively deliver and support products and services to customers. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotions and campaigns. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates. Accurately record and maintain customer interactions and sales activities.
Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, usage monitoring, and fuel consumption tracking. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime. Coordinate with vendors for vehicle servicing, repairs, and renewals. Perform vehicle registration, and licensing to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Supervise building and facility maintenance, including electricity, plumbing, air-conditioning, and safety systems. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for building repairs and renovations. Handle goods delivery, receipt, and redistribution for showrooms. Manage renewal of municipal licenses, signboard taxes, and related matters. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across facilities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, expenses, and reports for management. Support administrative tasks related to office supplies, utilities, and general services as needed. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
• Accurately check, record, and maintain stock-in and stock-out inventory records. • Prepare and present inventory and related data using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Manage and maintain store items in accordance with established rules, regulations, and procedures. • Perform assigned duties and other related tasks as instructed from time to time by line manager.
Prepare and create content for the social media (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Viber) Check the spelling of contents. Post social media ads and design as per schedule. Collaborate with the digital creator team to create good-quality advertisements. Assist in researching the market information of showrooms and customers’ data. Assist in assessing the result of marketing campaign. Perform other duties assigned by the department head.
Assist in preparing and executing the annual audit plan. Support audit execution in operational, financial, and compliance areas. Supervise and guide junior auditors. Handle high-risk audits. Draft clear audit findings and present to management. Ensure compliance with IIA standards and internal policies. Recommend practical improvements and risk controls. Performs other related duties as assigned by Audit Manager
