Since 8th February 2008, we established our first showroom named More & More Gold and Jewelry at Bogyoke Aung San Market. Nowadays twelve galleries have been opening at Bogyoke Aung San Market, Junction City Shopping Mall, Time City Shopping Mall, Lanmadaw Plaza, Gamone Pwint (San Yeik Nyein) in Yangon, and also, we have the galleries in Mandalay, Pathein, Taunggyi, Myeik, Mawlamyine and Sittwe.
Starting goldsmith work from 2015 February with the aim of creating a superior quality jewelry backed by advance qualified & experienced jewelry designers & production team, manufacturing units equipped with the modern technologies. Plan, create, and publish TikTok content that aligns with brand direction. Monitor performance using TikTok analytics and suggest improvements. Conducted thorough resume reviews and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring high-quality shortlists. Maintained and updated a centralized candidate database to support future hiring needs and workforce planning. Coordinated and managed the end-to-end interview process. Oversee the preparation of job offers and pre-employment procedures, including reference checks and document verification, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Prepared and extended formal job offers, ensuring all employment documentation was completed in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare required documents for new employees and explain fingerprint procedures and late fine policies. Facilitate the organization at career fairs and recruitment events, enhancing employer branding and attracting top talent. Monitored and managed daily employee attendance, leave requests, overtime approvals ensuring adherence to company policies. Liaised with government agencies, including the Labor Office, to process employment contracts and submit required documentation. Update the recruitment-related data in the HR dashboard. Prepare and issue recommendation letters for employees upon request. Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Must check sales invoice and stock balance for all accounts. Record daily sales transitions in the sales record system. Monitor daily stock movement (in/out) Conduct monthly physical stock audits. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must report sales and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Chief Accountant.
Strategically manage one product category (White Gold, Diamond, or Gold), including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle performance. Assist in Planning, executing, and integrated brand campaigns across digital platforms, including direct social media channel management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Viber, Telegram), to promote the assigned product category. Collaborate with retail teams to plan and execute initiatives aimed at increasing qualified footfall for the assigned product in showrooms. Lead or support new product launch activities including promotional planning, content development, visual merchandising coordination, and PR alignment. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies top maintain brand identity specific to the product line. Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the product category. Track and analyze KPIs such as engagement, showroom visits, conversions, and product-specific campaign ROI. Present insights and recommendations to optimize product-specific marketing efforts. Coordinate with creatives for high-quality visual and video content tailored to the specific product line.
