Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Yangon International Airport IT systems, providing guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents. Facilitate necessary training and technical discussions for both internal and external stakeholders. Negotiate with local and international vendors to manage the implementation of current and future systems. Maintain the incident tracking registry, ensuring detailed documentation of lead times, system failures, downtime, root causes, and permanent solutions. Evaluate all technology operations against established company goals and performance benchmarks. Devise and establish IT policies and systems that support the strategic objectives set by upper management. Manage vendor relationships, including strict oversight of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Management (SLM), and contract compliance. Direct the maintenance and scaling of CCTV networks, server infrastructure, and storage systems. Act as the Lead (L1) support in charge of the Airport Operations Database (AODB), Airport Management System (AMS), Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS), and Flight Information Display System (FIDS).
