Arrangement the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, Linkin , Tiktok (Self-creation) and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Conduct initial interviews and assist in final selection. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents. Maintain and update recruitment records and HR databases. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Assist in HR administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as assigned. Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and rules & regulations. Prepare weekly, monthly report.
