Monitor page insights and prepare monthly performance reports. 2. Content Creation Develop engaging content: captions, ads, blog posts, newsletters, and product highlights. Coordinate with designers for visuals, banners, videos, and promotional materials. 3. Digital Advertising Plan and manage online ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads). Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and manage budgets efficiently. 4. SEO & Website Optimization Support SEO activities including keyword research, content updates, and analytics tracking. Coordinate website updates with developers. 5. Marketing Analytics Track and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others. Analyze results and recommend improvements for better ROI. 6. Brand Awareness & Campaign Support Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and online events/webinars. Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels. 7. Email & CRM Marketing Create and send email campaigns/newsletters. Maintain customer and lead databases.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and job offers. Plan and coordinate onboarding, including orientation programs, asset preparation, and required training. Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and documentation. 2. Employee Relations Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related matters promptly. Support a positive and healthy workplace culture by promoting engagement and morale. 3. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance. Prepare and update HR documents, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices. 4. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process—objective setting, evaluation coordination, and feedback tracking. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave management, and other entitlements). 6. Training & Development Identify training requirements and arrange relevant training sessions. Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness. 7. Administrative Support Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
