The Esports Talent Executive will be responsible for scouting, recruiting, and managing gaming personalities or talents. This role requires a deep understanding of the esports landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with streamers, talents, and industry stakeholders.
Be part of the production and operations team in planning and coordinating events Manage overall production and operations timelines and quality Oversee vendors & logistic agencies to ensure deliverables are met Cost negotiation and managing suppliers’ relationships Project operations planning and administration which include pre-event preparation, onsite execution and post event closing Internal liaisons and communication with our projects and design divisions Production management from fabrication to on-site set up supervision and management for events Supervision and management of dismantling phase of projects Technical supervision including for audio, video, lighting, electrical, and related requirements
Responsible for full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL) Provide accurate financial reporting and facilitate month-end closing activities for Management. Address and resolve outstanding transactions (payments/receipts) in a timely manner. Establish and propose accounting policies and procedures to ensure effective financial controls. Manage timely accounts payable closing process and reconciliations
Identify and research potential new suppliers, goods and services both locally and internationally Invite, assess, negotiate and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, and integrate processes and contracts Manage vendors to deliver on contract requirements including qualification, targets and continuous improvement Monitor and review supplier performance with respect to price, service and quality, ensuring periodic review of better alternatives locally, regionally or globally Drive purchasing behaviour towards compliance and maximum savings from increased application & enforcement of policies & guidelines, standardisation, processes and technology investments Motivate and inspire team members by creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort Carry out additional duties as may be reasonably requested by senior management
