JobNet.com.mm, Myanmar’s number one job recruitment site, has released its 2019 First Quarter report findings, providing timely and accurate insights into Myanmar’s dynamic employment market.

The quarterly report is a summary of an analysis of exclusive data collected by JobNet.com.mm from 1st January to 31st March 2019. With JobNet receiving over 120,000 job applications each month and continually hosting an average 3,000 job vacancies, the data gives insight into job market factors such as labour demand, the level of experience being sought, median salaries by sector, top paying job functions, and more.

Notably, the report analyses dramatic changes to the types of best-paying jobs that occurred in the first quarter, an increase in demands for small and medium-sized enterprises, changes to Myanmar’s tourism job market, as well as how the median salaries offered to local and foreign entry-level employees began to equalize in the first quarter.
