Organise and manage a profitable operation which enhances reputation and brand awareness of core products in the market.

• Set and agree a business plan detailing revenue and costs
• Organise an editorial team to produce a bi-weekly free newspaper
• Target and monitor high productivity level of editorial team
• Ensure high standard of design
• Generate advertising revenue through a targeted sales team
• Target and monitor high productivity level of sales team
• Negotiate favourable printing contract
• Ensure high quality of editorial content
• Ensure high quality of advertising
• Work with sales of YD to serve key advertisers with free ads in MY Yangon
• Ensure that MY Yangon is driving online traffic to yangondirectory.com through highly relevant & topical articles
• Undertake frequent Facebook postings to maximise MY Yangon popularity
• Set clear distribution strategy to key targets
