Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Supervise daily cash in and out flow, petty cash and tellers of all branches.
- Responsible in financial control, costing, budgeting & forecasting and monthly reporting
- Entering ledger posting and Monitor and Review daily operations transactions ( Loan Disbursement, Payment Vouchers and accounting entries)
- Prepare Salaries and Incentives monthly basis
- Monitoring month - end and Year-end closing & audit issues
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget
- Prepare and on time delivery of Financial reporting and taxation.
- Keeping proper records for Fixed Assets, depreciation and periodically do the verification.
- Analysis of financial transactions to determine accuracy. Procedures and generally accepted accounting standard.
- Prepare management account and FRD account statement and other reports as required by monthly wise and year wise.
(Income statement and statement of financial position monthly, then report to the Management and FRD)

Job Requirements

- Working experience in related field would be added advantage
- Must have Bachelors of Degree in Finance, Accounting, B.Com, or Partly qualified CPA, ACCA, CIMA
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and any computerized accounting software
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English, Exceptional organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to accounting software
- A good team player and can lead Senior and Junior Staff
- Build up good relationship with Gov. and private institutions (IRD, FRD, DICA)
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations
- Any other jobs assigned by the management
