Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Assist Financial Controller with administrative duties
• Prepare cash request and claims and report cash book
• Prepare Distributor report as necessary and assigned by Financial Controller
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements
• Provide accrue expense report
• Maintain and record fixed assets
• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
• Act as a liaison for vendors and distributors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
• Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures set by local office.
• Conduct bank matters as required and instructed by Financial Controller
• Support and engage in Financial Settlement process
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, attending training,etc…
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum One Year Experience in related field
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Physics
• Knowledge on Accounting and cash management process
• Experience in administrative position
• Pleasant and able to fit in with all levels of team member within the Department and able to work cross functionally as well
• Weekends maybe required in case of Ongo brand events
