An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• -Daily received ,issue list, balance sheet of goods/cargo.
• -Make list demand record forms, Delivery order.
• -To follow up goods/cargo receiving/issuing, to manage loading/unloading
• -Check the ground stock and report to manager
• -Ensure that supplier products and services are delivered in regards to the agreed terms and conditions
• -Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
• -To manage Need and tidy ware house compound
• -To follow up the QMS (Quality Management System) procedures and forms
• -To do other administration tasks when needed.

Job Requirements

-Any Bachelor Degree ( LCCI Level 1, 2 is preferable)
-Working experience at least 2 years in related field.
- Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, email
- Team Work and Communication Skill
- Good attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Must go between office and ware house
