An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Check whether or not office environment is cleaning
• Review supplier prices, quality availability and selection and then purchase best products at the lowest possible prices
• Checking the vehicle condition with check list and take action the required condition
• Control for Vehicle Fuel Usages and check the vehicle using kilometer
• Manage the vehicle repair process and arrangement
• Conduct vehicle clearance and vehicle inspections for the assigned vehicle
• Perform necessary driving services to the company and conduct other issues about company vehicles.
• Ensure to follow the rule and regulation concern vehicle
• Issue the required policy accordingly concern vehicle and office
• Manage welfare such as meal & drink and hospitalization
• Manage the repair and maintenance of office building
• Control the over time charges of security and driver team

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Can work with team and under pressure
• Above 3 years’ experience in related field
• Understanding about Vehicle Knowledge and experience
• Ability to allocate resources
• Computer skill (Advanced in MS office, Excel, Power point, Page maker)
• Can drive & must have driving license
