We are looking for an Application Administrator position with experience in managing the daily routine operations and maintenance of IT software system applications. More prefer with good experience in working with Point of Sales system, Membership system, Payment Gateway System.Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure that the system is able to operate correctly- Eligible to give helpful instruction to users- Provide Level 2 technical support and solve application issues- Ensure timely execution of promotion and campaigns- Monitoring, following up and cooperating with developers and users in case of system enchantments, or system maintenance- Involve in System integration testing (SIT) and User acceptance testing (UAT)- Provide the system’s documentation, user manual and reports as needed by users- Conduct the system related training to internal and external users
Job Requirements- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines- Minimum 2 years of experience in application development using standard language such as PHP, MySQL, VB Scripts, C# and .Net- Solution orientation and problem solving skills- Ability to work individually on project as well as be a team player- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in written format- Strong commitment to quality work, customer services and high productivity- Intermediate English skills including oral and written
