၁။ Daily Cash Recipts အားပံုမွန္သြင္းရမည္။

၂။ Daily Cash Recipts Book အားေန႔စဥ္ပိတ္ရမည္။

၃။ Daily Ledger အားပံုမွန္သြင္းရန္။

၄။ Monthly Profit & Loss Account အားပံုမွန္ထုတ္ရန္။

၅။ Fixed Assess မ်ားအား လစဥ္စစ္ေဆးရမည္။

၆။ ေန႔စဥ္ ၀င္ေငြ/ထြက္ေငြစာရင္းကို Voucher မ်ားမွသက္ဆုိင္ရာ Cash Book, Receipt Book, Petty Cash တြင္ စနစ္တက် အမွားအယြင္းမရွိေအာင္ ေရးသြင္းရမည္။

၇။ အေရးၾကီးေသာ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို သက္ဆုိင္ရာပုဂိၢဳလ္ (သို႔) ဌာနသို႔ အခ်ိန္မွီတိက်စြာ ေပးပို႔ ႏိုင္ရမည္။ (ဥပမာ-Email, Fax, Letter, Ph message)

၈။ အေရးၾကီးေသာစာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ data မ်ားကို computer ထဲတြင္ ေခါင္းစဥ္ႏွင့္တကြ သက္ဆုိင္ရာ File အလုိက္စနစ္တက်ထိန္းသိမ္းထားရမည္။

၉။ ေန႔စဥ္မိမိလုပ္ေဆာင္ခဲ့သည့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္ ထူးျခားခ်က္မ်ားအားလံုးကို အထက္လူၾကီးမ်ား ထံသို႔ Report တင္ရမည္။

၁၀။ ေက်ာင္းမွျပဳလုပ္သည့္ ပါတီပြဲ၊ ေက်ာင္းဆင္းပြဲ၊ ပေဒသာကပြဲ၊ ေဟာေျပာပြဲ၊ အစည္းအေ၀းပြဲ၊ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲ၊ ရက္တို/ရက္ရွည္သင္တန္း၊ အေရာင္းျမွင့္တင္ပြဲမ်ားႏွင့္ ေက်ာင္းမွဦးစီးစီစဥ္ေသာ ရက္တို/ရက္ရွည္ ခရီးစဥ္ မ်ားတြင္ ပါ၀င္ရမည္။

၁၂။ အထက္ပါတာ၀န္မ်ားအျပင္ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းတြင္ အျခားလုပ္အပ္သည့္ေနရာမ်ားရွိပါက လုပ္ေဆာင္ ေပးႏိုင္ရ မည္။
