An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The main responsibility is to ensure that all purchase invoices are recorded in accordance with Metro policies and that all of the payments are and executed timely and accurately

Detailed responsibilities include:
• Prepare supplier invoices and verify that all invoices are accurately generated in regards to purchasing orders
• Coordinate with Buying function and relevant, to ensure that invoices are generated accurately in regards to the company’s terms and conditions for each supplier
• Coordinate with finance manager to ensure that payment is made in a timely manner
• Ensure that supplier products and services are delivered in regards to the agreed terms and conditions
• Lead in managing payment receipts and tax invoice received from suppliers, to ensure that the company receive proof of payment
• Lead in updating paid expenses transaction into the system, to update account payable to the company
• Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
• Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, ACCA F1, F2, F3, LCCI completed
• Minimum 3-years relevant experience
• Good attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office package - Excel, Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint
• Positive and can-do attitude
• A good team player
• Good English communication
