• Able to setup workstation and perform bakery production duties
• Ensure equipment are in working condition
• Able to work efficiently at both topping and oven to cope with production demand
• Possess good product knowledge
• Possess basic knowledge on baking and pastries
• Adhere to Product SOP and maintain product quality and consistency
• Assist in inventory receiving and storage
• Maintain workstation cleanliness
• Adhere to food hygiene standard and procedures
