Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Manage all banking matters and TT transfers
-Manage relationship and liaise with bankers
-Review agreements (loan facilities, FX lines etc.) with banks, assisting Head of Finance in negotiations
-Ensure bank mandates are updated promptly
-Set up banking arrangements for new operations outside of Yangon
-Set up i-banking capabilities for the Company
-Explore new partnerships with banks (hire purchase etc.)
-Monitor cash flow patterns and advise on methods to maximize operational efficiency and minimise bank charges
-Make trips to banks for cheque submission/PO application when necessary
-Ensure all telegraphic transfer (“TT”) payments, including those with key creditors, are executed smoothly
-Monitor closely the outstanding balances due to key trade creditors
-Reconcile key creditors’ Statement of Accounts with internal records monthly

Job Requirements

-LCCI Level III, Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related degrees preferred
-Strong knowledge in banking process
-Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word
-Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position
-Good communication skills and team player
-Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
-Familiarity with accounting software packages
-Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
-Good command of English is a must.
