-To supervise in operation, support system and performs a variety of responsible technical and administrative duties in support of the OSS/BSS management programs and performs related work as assigned. Senior Engineer is typically assigned to work with resources readiness, fulfillment, and system assurance. Also responsible to analyze and solve the issues, problems and customers complain.
-Performs the tasks to support the development, testing and implementation of systems applications that meet requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner.
-Identify and troubleshoot system process, gathers business requirements and develop specifications and documentation.
-Perform tasks for the system optimization plan to ensure efficiency and minimize fault/incident event occurrence.
-Perform analyzing, solving and recording of issues according to the corresponding responsible subsystems.
-Lead in User Acceptance Testing. Prompt report to Department Head if find issues and abnormal processes.
-Responsible for Rating & Charging for Monthly Bill Run and to manage Bill cycle and Bill generation.
-Co-ordinate with Customer Service Team, Marketing and Finance Team to ensure the information is correct and provide proper services to customers.
-Handle above average work load without errors. Perform other tasks, as instructed by Department Head.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering; EC (or) IT (or) Computer Science or related experiences are preferable.
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience in Billing Operation and Billing System.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good Command in Business English.
- Must be able to lead both customer and engineer team .
