Job Description
• Manage all financial and accounting operations, including preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial report & financial statements.
• Responsible for all the day to day transactional accounting for the business unit.
• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow and bank statements.
• Tracking of all transactions and the management of any government reporting.
• Review and check payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Forecast cash flow, ongoing cash needs and budgeting on a regular basis systematically.
• Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Suggest to the management on how to improve profits and cost reduction initiatives in coordination and cooperation with other departments.
• Keep abreast information of all the latest accounting laws and procedures.
• Work closely with internal & external audits (operations & tax) ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures and existing laws.
• Undertake the job assigned by the management

- Degree from any university graduates (or) B.Com,CPA, ACCA has been(5) years of experience in the upper portion.
- Must be under age (35-45).
- Accounting data must be professional and thorough and Chief Accountant must have work experience of at least (5 to 7) years.
- Corporate Tax, Commercial Tax & other Tax applicable in Myanmar must be overcome.
- Financial Account Controller Report must be able to draw up.
- A refusal to lead the entire list with Computerized Accounting Software Expert / Chief in charge of the annual balance sheet to develop must be thorough. Must be able to carry out a commission from time to time.
- Must have good English 4-skills. Computer Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet & Email must be used skillfully.
