 Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and Whole Sale teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
 Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements and report back to manager
 Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
 Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
 Work with Domestic and International affiliates to eliminate inter-company account variances.
 Assist to ensure appropriate channel/category misidentify and report on significant Sale Report, PL & BS account variances.
 Assist in issuance of timely financial statements and cost center reports for senior management's decision making and manager
 Assist to provide analysis and answer questions related to cost center report variances from budgeting.
 Assist to prepare tax (MTO) and year-end audit schedules and respond to outside auditor questions during year-end audit working together with manager
 Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
 Manage and assign the team and operations on behalf of manager when she takes a leave

 At Least 2-3 years in Chief Accountant Position
 Good writing, speaking and listening skill in english
