• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team

• Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date

• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled

• know all the latest accounting laws and procedures

• Reconciling bank statements, debtors and creditors regularly.

• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

• Summarizes and analyze financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.

• Report any financial discrepancies to the proper authorities

• Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy

• Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code

• Assist on annual statutory compliance (audit, tax & others).

• See that tax interviews are conducted properly with clients

• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

• Other ad-hoc assignments when require.

Job Requirements

Must speak Chinese** (4 skills)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management

• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, LCCI Level (III), ACCA Part (II) or B-Com or CPA

• Able to read Chinese and communicate with Chinese (Mandarin)
