• Manage and oversee the entire accounting team• Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled• know all the latest accounting laws and procedures• Reconciling bank statements, debtors and creditors regularly.• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.• Summarizes and analyze financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.• Report any financial discrepancies to the proper authorities• Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy• Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code• Assist on annual statutory compliance (audit, tax & others).• See that tax interviews are conducted properly with clients• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.• Other ad-hoc assignments when require.
Must speak Chinese** (4 skills)• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.• Minimum 2 years’ experience in management • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, LCCI Level (III), ACCA Part (II) or B-Com or CPA• Able to read Chinese and communicate with Chinese (Mandarin)
