• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Manage the preparation, reporting and allocating of the company’s budget
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements report to BOD
• Ensure financial transactions are comply with Accounting Standards and Tax Rules
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiative
• Timely submitting regarding Company Registration documents and Return to IRD

Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 45
• Gender : Male/Female
• Education ; ACCA (Part 2 Complete), B.Com, Degree in Finance, Accounting
• Experience ; as a Chief Accountant (5 Years)
• Up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations, updated Income Tax Law of Myanmar
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
