We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough chief accountant to join our rapidly growing firm. In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices and report to directly Finance Director and CEO.

• Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers
• Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
• Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm
• Maintain highly organized and updated client files
• Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
• Check the company’s assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.
• Report directly to the Finance Director and CEO
• Ensure that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by state related to taxes and handing financial transactions

Job Requirements

• Must Have B.Com, CPA or ACCA holder
• At least (5) years experience in Chief Accountant Position
• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Able to motivate the team and lead
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
